Shipping Policy
At UKM Organics, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.
Where we ship We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs Orders of 2 or more bottles qualify for free shipping nationwide. Single-bottle (1 bottle) orders are charged a flat shipping fee of R99, shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, deliveries are made by Courier Guy or Aramex and typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. UKM Organics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery may be charged.
Failed or missed deliveries Our couriers will attempt delivery during working hours. If you are unavailable, the courier will arrange a re-delivery or collection. Please respond promptly to courier communication to avoid your parcel being returned.
